Weight Loss Secret Store - Shipping Policies

1.1 Return Policy for Weightloss and Nutrition Products

Every Weightloss and nutrition product shipped by Weight Loss Secret Store, LLC (Weightlossecretstore.com) has a 30-day money back guarantee (Except for Fitness Equipment and DVDs - please see return policy on these items below under section 3.2)

Directions and Conditions for refund:

The customer must call the returns/refund number on the purchase receipt and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning any merchandise.

The customer must contact Weightlossecretstore.com and ship the merchandise within 30 days from the date that the product was ordered to the return address provided on the purchase receipt.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We will accept a single opened container of each individual product. We will accept additional returned containers of that same product as long as they are unopened.

Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of Weightlossecretstore.com on a case by case basis.

Do not return products to Weightlossecretstore.com after 30 days have passed without calling us first! Packages received without an RMA number or after 30 days have passed will not be refunded. These packages will be discarded and cannot be returned to the customer!

1.2 Return Policy for Fitness Equipments and DVDs

All exchange/return requests must be received within 10 days from the date the product was received. Items must be returned in original packaging and packing material.

Please Note: Only items in new, unused and resalable condition can be returned within 10 days from the date the product was received for a refund or exchange.

Customer will be responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to us. We will charge the original cost to reship the exchanged item back to the customer.

Please note for refunds, there will be a restocking fee (usually 10% but, can be up to 20% depending on the condition of the product. The restocking fee would be charged to the customer) and shipping charges are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to us.

1.3 Cancelled Orders

Orders that are cancelled by the customer before they are shipped are refunded promptly, usually the same business day. If the customer cancels the order after the product is shipped, the package must be returned to us before a refund is given.
