Fitness Equipments are shipped based on Weight. The shipping tables below shows the amount you will be charged depending on the item. Extra charges may apply to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Insurance can be bought for the fitness equipment. Insurance Rates can be found at the bottom of this page under section 1.6.
The shipping charges below (apply only to Fitness Equipment) is what we will charge for shipping the product. The shipping weight is located at the bottom of each product. Please note that this amount may or may not be the actual weight of the product, it's only used to calculate the shipping charges. For those products with "Shipping Included In Price", the shipping charges are already included in the price, so you will not be charges extra.

Address Corrections: Please note: Most shipping companies now charge us $10 for an incorrect address. If the shipping address is not correct (including apartment # or suite #, etc.), and we get charged for an address correction from the shipping company, we will pass that fee to you.
Free shipping offer applies to ground shipping on orders shipped within the continental United States only. Free shipping offer does not include P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Free shipping offer does not apply when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Directions and Conditions for refund:
The customer must call the returns/refund number on the purchase receipt and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning any merchandise.
The customer must contact Weightlossecretstore.com and ship the merchandise within 30 days from the date that the product was ordered to the return address provided on the purchase receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will accept a single opened container of each individual product. We will accept additional returned containers of that same product as long as they are unopened.
Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of Weightlossecretstore.com on a case by case basis. Do not return products to Weightlossecretstore.com after 30 days have passed without calling us first! Packages received without an RMA number or after 30 days have passed will not be refunded. These packages will be discarded and cannot be returned to the customer!

Please Note: Only items in new, unused and resalable condition can be returned within 10 days from the date the product was received for a refund or exchange.
